1. Appeal to your audience, not lecture it; deliver a good message to it.
2. Use cultural references and anecdotes that resonate with the audience.
3. Be loud, slow and articulate.
4. Be confident and relaxed, maintain close eye contact with the audience, keep smiling.
5. Be humorous, passionate and aggressive.
6. Be direct; avoid using long sentences.
7. Be specific; avoid using too much Chinese rhetoric.
8. Be good at acting.
